The WAMS “GRIDLOCK” LINER SYSTEM was developed specifically to overcome the joint wash generated using the more traditional square liners in brick pattern. The unique design of the “GRIDLOCK” system substantially reduces the amount of wash between liners which ensures maximum utilisation of the liners available wear material is achieved.

The joint has been specifically designed to “capture” product to maintain full joints and create a solid surface area for material flow. The “full” joints practically eliminate the preferential wear traditionally associated with brick pattern liner systems.

Case Study

 Before

Significant joint wash clearly evident, (even in the early stages of the liners life, approx 20%). Liner changes in this area were driven by the depth of joint wear, not thickness, leading to poor liner utilisation.

After
