We will achieve our vision by:
Engaging in innovative yet practical design solutions that meet the challenges of materials transfer systems and target improvements in the ease of maintenance and safety of operation.
 Designing and implementing efficient and meaningful wear monitoring systems that predict end of life accurately, and that facilitate early and efficient ordering of replacement parts.
Lowering costs of operation by rationalising wear part inventory and achieving improved wear system performance.
We will achieve for our customers the following desired outputs:
Raising safety of operation through better site access and practical equipment application engineering.
Increasing plant availability through improved wear system performance.
Improving maintainability of transfer system components through improved
access. Increasing production outputs through improved materials flow and speed of operation.
